How to request a commission:First, go to my prices and examples to see the types of commissions offered and their prices, then visit my commissions terms of service to understand the rules I have for my services.When ready, please fill out my commissions form with all the relevant information about your commission.After receiving your form, I'll contact you about your commission's status and I'll update my Trello to place you on my queue or waitlist. If I don't contact you within 3-4 days, please let me know via insta DM or email ([email protected]).As a result of time constraints, I cannot take every commission at once. Please be patient as I will try my best to accommodate all my commissioners to the best of my ability.

The commission style is a more refined version of the "coloured style" I previously offered. The above examples provide a good idea of what you'll be receiving.Prices are in USD for better understanding, but invoices will use CAD as the currency.EXTRA INFO:

- Details (props, accessories, complex design, etc.) starting from $10
- Complex lighting (like the cowboy McQueen example) starting from $15
- Details and lighting prices are base prices; I may charge more depending on the complexity of your request.

contact & process
- Fill out my Commission Form to request a commission.
- You'll be contacted about your request shortly after. If I don't contact you within 3-4 days, please let me know via insta DM or email ([email protected])
- By filling out this form, you understand that this is only a REQUEST for a spot, and I cannot guarantee you a slot but you can choose to join a waitlist when filling out the form.- You can check your commission's status on my Trello!
- The waitlist will be shown on my Trello. You'll be contacted when a spot opens up and see if you're still interested in commissioning me!- Only request when you have all the following details: pose, expression, background, prop, lighting, and high-quality references.- The invoice will be sent once thumbnail is approved.
- I will start working on the commission once the invoice is paid.
- Progress of the commission will be sent to the commissioner at the sketch, base colour, and final render stages if it takes me more than a day to work on it.
- Revisions will only be accepted at the beginning of the process. No MAJOR changes will be accepted after that.
- Any small modifications may be done with no extra charge if reasonable and is not time-consuming.- Commissions will take anywhere between 3 days to 1 month to complete under normal circumstances. I will try my best to complete the commission within this time window and the client will be notified should I need an extension.
- Please understand that I'm currently in school and I may be unable to update you about your commission in a timely manner-- I will try my best to sent updates at least once a week if I get too busy.- Once finished, you will receive a watermarked PNG of the piece via email.
- Please email back stating your social handle and that you've received the commission!
payment
- Payments are accepted through Paypal, using CAD as the currency.
- All payments are paid upfront.
- Prices are shown in USD for better understanding, but invoices will use CAD.
- Invoices are due within 5 days unless otherwise discussed.
- The faster the invoice is paid, the faster I can work on the commission; I will prioritize the order of which commissions have been paid first!- Cancellations are only accepted if I havent received your payment.
- Commissions are non-refundable.
as the artist/commissioner
- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason without the need for an exaplanation.
- I will be drawing in my style only, final illustration may be slightly different from my other pieces posted on my socials.- The commission will only be for personal use, as long as it doesn't violate my rights and ownership of the copyright. You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner/cover photo, or print it for yourself or as a gift.
- You may NOT use my art for commercial use, AI, NFTs, or resell it.- I retain original copyright and ownership of the work given, which includes but may not be limited to advertising and displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.
- The artwork can be posted with credit (do not claim it as your own).
